We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days after receiving the goods to return them.
Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the invoice.

Damage and problems:Please check your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchange:The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation period in the European Union:If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund:We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
