Your right of withdrawal

We offer a 14-day right of return. You have 14 days after receiving the goods to send them back.

Returning conditions: In order to come into question for a return, the article must be in the the same state in which you have received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the invoice.

Damage and problems:Please check your order when you receive. If items are defective or damaged or you have received the wrong article, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.

Exchange:The fastest way to ensure that you receive the desired article is the return of the original article. After accepted return, please make a separate purchase for the new article.

Cancellation period in the European Union:If the Goods are Shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order with 14 Days Without Giving Any Reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as receiven: Unkorn or Unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You want need the recipit or proof of purchase.

Refund:We notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return, and tell you whether the reimbursement has been approved. When approved, the reimbursement takes place automatically within 10 working days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the reimbursement.
