Shipping

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-4 working days. For deliveries to other EU countries you can expect a shipping time of 4-8 working days. Please note that in exceptional cases, e.g. during public holidays, there may be delays. The delivery times do not refer to the therapy devices and therapy tables; we have separate delivery times here. These will be communicated to you separately.

Shipping process

On average, we need between 12-24 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially on holidays (up to 2 days) or if your order contains popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including the address). We only deliver to the address you provided during checkout.

For orders with multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to different locations of the production partners.

What shipping costs apply?

We ship free of charge within Germany.

For orders from abroad we charge shipping costs that vary depending on the destination country.

France, Spain - €17.90

Switzerland - €9.90

Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg - €8.90
