I just placed an order, when will it be sent?
We do our best to send items as soon as possible. Please expect a processing time of 12 - 24 hours to send your order. The average shipping period is 1-3 days within Germany and usually 4-7 days within the EU. If you have any questions, please send us an email info@fittec-gesundsein.de.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I send it back? What if there is a problem?
We only offer a 100 %money back guarantee if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 14 days to send the product back to us and get the full amount reimbursed. You have to send it back at your own expense. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please indicate your name and order number on the packages returned.
Please note: If your package is on the go, you have to wait until it arrives and send it back before you receive a refund. Some products are excluded from the exchange (e.g. medical devices, syringes)
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without creating costs! You have to cancel your order before you are sent.
I have entered the wrong address, what do I have to do now?
If you have entered the wrong address, wait for your order confirmation by email. As soon as you have checked whether the address given is wrong, please inform us by email info@fittec-gesundsein.de. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the right address within 24 hours. However, this does not apply to orders before 12 noon, as these are sent on the same day.
