1. In which currency are the prices on the website? 
The prices on our website are given in euros (€) by default. However, we offer the option of changing the currency as desired in order to accommodate your needs. Please use the currency change on our website to select the most suitable currency for you.

2. I just placed an order, when will it be sent? 
Our top priority is to edit and send your order as soon as possible. As a rule, the processing time for sending your order is 12 to 24 hours.
  • Shipping within Germany: The average shipping time is between 1 and 3 days.
  • Shipping within the EU: Usually you can expect a shipping time of 4 to 8 days.

3. I am not satisfied with my order, can I send it back? What if there is a problem? 
Yes, you have the opportunity to carry out product tours. In the event that you have received the product defective or damaged, we offer a 100 %money back guarantee.
  • You have 14 days to return the product to us.
  • Please note that you have to bear the return costs yourself.
  • To get the refund, enter your name and order number when you send the packages back.
As soon as we have received the returned product, we will provide you with the complete amount of your original order.
Please note: If you have not yet received your package, you have to wait for it to arrive before you make a return. Some products are excluded from the exchange, such as medical devices or injections.

4. Can I cancel my order? 
Yes, you can cancel your order without costs for you. Please make sure that you make the cancellation before sending your order.
To cancel your order, please send an email to info@fittec-gesundsein.de with your order number and the request for cancellation.

5. I entered the wrong address, what do I have to do now? 
If you have given the wrong address during the ordering process, please wait for your order confirmation by email. Check the address in the order confirmation:
  • If the address is wrong, contact us immediately by email to info@fittec-gesundsein.de.
  • We can correct the address within 24 hours, but not for orders that are abandoned before 12 noon and sent on the same day.
