🛒 How can I place an order?

You can order directly via our online shop or by fax form. Business customers also have the option of ordering on account.

🚚 When will my order be sent?

All orders are sent within 12–24 hours on weekdays:

  • 📦 Germany: 1–3 working days
  • 🌍 EU: 4–8 working days
🧊 Can products also be delivered chilled?

Yes. Products with cooling compulsory are sent in certified thermoboxes with cooling packs.

🔄 How does the return work?

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please note:

  • ➤ Products must not be open
  • ➤ Return at your own expense
  • ➤ Medical devices are excluded from the exchange
✏️ I have given the wrong address - what to do?

Please send us an email to us as soon as possible info@fittec-gesundsein.de. Unfortunately, no correction is possible after shipping.

💳 What payment methods do you offer?

We offer the following payment options:

  • ✔️ PayPal
  • ✔️ prepayment (bank transfer)
  • ✔️ Invoice purchase (only for registered practices and clinics)
