Aliaxin EV is a skin filler product that is used to add volume and to smooth folds in the skin. It consists of networked hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally occurs in the skin and helps to keep it hydrated and plump. The product is injected into the skin with a fine needle and can be used to treat a variety of problems such as lines and wrinkles, thinner lips and sunken cheeks. Aliaxin eV is available in a 2 ml syringe and is usually injected into the medium to depth of dermis (the skin layer below the surface). The effect of the treatment can last up to 12 months.
