Sculptra is the ideal product to treat nasolabial folds, but it is also suitable for building volume in the middle and lower face. The following areas can be treated with sculptra: chin, cheeks, jawline.
Packaging includes a total of two pitched bottles with a dry substance that contains the following ingredients: 150 mg poly-l-milk acid, 90 mg sodium carboxymethylcell cellulose and 127.5 mg pyrogen-free mannitol.
Before application, the product should be diluted with 9 ml of liquid (7 ml sterile, distilled water and 2 ml lidocaine). The mixed product should then rest for at least 24-48 hours in order to ultimately get a homogeneous solution.
The number of necessary treatments depends on the areas to be treated. As a rule, about 1 to 3 treatments are necessary to achieve the desired result. The treatment effect lasts for about 18 to 24 months, but the duration of action can also be extended by individual refresher treatments. However, different factors, such as age, skin type or the lifestyle of the patient, can have an impact on the duration of the preparation. In addition, the duration and intensity of action and intensity are also caused by the technology used.
In order to achieve the long -lasting and clearly visible results, it is recommended to inject the product into the depths of subcutaneous dermis.
