By injection of hyaluronic acid (e.g. synocrom) into e.g. osteoarthritis, overload or severe physical work, the disturbed balance in the joint can be restored. The effect is protective, shock -damping and lubricating and anti -inflammatory. The body's own hyaluronic acid production is stimulated again and pain is alleviated.
Synocrom in detail:
A ready syringe with 2 ml contains 1% biofermentative hyaluronic acid with 1.6 million dalton and is suitable for all large synovial joints. It is free of preservatives and very well tolerated.
